Terms of Reference/Contract

Lionez Tutoring Services is owned and operated by Miss Ezra Williams-Daniel at Stone Mountain Georgia

Lionez Tutoring Services will:

1. Provide tutoring services to students who have met the requirements as detailed in the services offered.

2. Tutoring Services will be performed at Stone Mountain Georgia, at a library close by, online or another amicable arrangement (the students or tutors home). An extra fee becomes applicable if the tutor has to travel far.

3. In order for tutoring to take effect the request must be for an hour or more unless if sufficient services can be provided in thirty minutes but not less than thirty minutes.

4. The tutor will provide the student with a student guide prior to the lecture.

Students are expected to:

1. Request tutoring services at least a week in advance unless if there is some understandable urgency.

2. Give an indication of which location is most suitable for learning.

3. Give a clear indication of the learning requirements.

4. Carefully READ/PRACTICE ALL MATERIALS provided before and after tutoring sessions.

5. Be respectful to tutor at all times.

6. Provide a deposit before sessions can begin (20.00).

Additionally, if student is unable to make it to a tutoring session student is required to indicate via email or telephone at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the student having to provide the tutor with payment for the first hour of tutoring.

As a means of increasing awareness the tutor expects that the student:

1. ‘Like” the Facebook page and leave constructive feedback (https://www.facebook.com/lioneztutoring/).

2. Follow” on Instagram.

3. Ask friends/family to do same.

Students who actively and positively partake in the activities of Lionez Tutoring Services will automatically be placed on the Lionez Points System. You will be notified when you have attained the maximum point requirement and this will also include one free hour session. The more active you are the greater the bonus.
